Workshop
General Information
- In 2010 there are six (6) slots for 75 min workshops, scheduled three at a time June 7th and 8th 2010.
- Due to the limited number of workshop slots we encourage compatible/related groups to consider submitting a joint workshop proposal.
- Conference organizers will facilitate workshop logistics (i.e., reserve workshop rooms, provide A/V, provide advertising, etc). The format and scheduling is the responsibility of the workshop organizers. Organizers whose proposals have been approved must personally contact and arrange for all speakers to participate.
- Proposals will be reviewed and selected by the Conference Organizing Committee. While workshop organizers are welcome to invite speakers to give workshop presentations there is no funding to support participant costs.
- Names of registered participants will be posted on the Conference website which may be useful in selecting potential speakers for approved workshops.
