Registration Fee includes

The registration fee covers the cost of drinks and snacks served at reception and breaks, registration materials including abstract book, 3 Lunch Boxes (Day2, Day3 and Day4) and contract fee for convention service.

*Banquet ticket (JPY8,000) is NOT included in the registarion fee.

 

Accompanying Guests

Please provide full guest names as all guests will be issued with a badge for entry to the Welcome Reception.

 

The Accompanying Guest Fee includes: Name Badge permitting access to the following events, but NOT Conference sessions: Admission to the Welcome Reception; Access to the Poster Sessions; 3 Lunch Boxes (Day2, Day3 and Day4); Option to purchase tickets for Tours; Option to purchase a ticket for the Banquet.

 

Method of Payment

Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made in one of the following methods:

Notification E-mail

Reply E-mail:

After you complete on-line registration, a reply e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact the Registraion Office.

 

Confirmation:

Upon confirming both the registration form and payment, the Registration Office will send you a confirmation e-mail with your registration number.
Be sure to retain confirmation and present at the Registration Desk on the day of the Conference.

 

Refund Policy

Cancellation shall be possible only if the Registration Office receives written notification.
Cancellation made until 4 April, 2010: Full refund less bank handling charges.
Cancellation made from 5 April- 5 May, 2010: 50% refund less bank handling charges.
Cancellation made from 6 May, 2010: No refunds offered.

 

Please note:All refunds will be made after the conference.
